How to change an employee's existing pay
If you need to change an employee's pay, you go to the employees profile and enter the section as you did when you added the first pay. From here, you have two options:
Edit the current pay
Please note that if you choose this method, the pay will also be changed retroactively, and there will therefore be no historical data on the old pay.
Add a new pay
If you need to add a new pay that starts after the current one expires, you can add an end date on the current pay. Select 'Add end date' and set the date the pay should end. After that, you can add a new pay by selecting 'Add pay' down below, enter the new amount and click 'Save' once you're done with your changes.
By adding an end date on the first pay, you ensure to keep historical data on the employee's pay in the schedule. The new pay will be enabled after the end date of the previous pay.
