Access leave balances in time tracking

Time tracking provides a combined overview of each employee’s leave balance, shown next to their name in the list. If you want to view a specific employee’s leave balance, simply click 'X / X days' to see the details. Please note that the leave balance is based on the period you’ve selected in time tracking.

Access leave balances in the team list

If you want to view a specific employee’s leave balance, you can go to the team list by clicking the '👫' icon in the top right corner of your screen and selecting the relevant employee. Then select 'Leave' to view the employee’s leave balance.

You can then see how many leave days the employee has had within the selected time period. The days shown display weekdays / total days for each leave period within the selected dates. In addition, the different leave periods are shown individually below. You can also filter by different leave types if you want to view a specific type of leave.
