You can archive employees who no longer work for your company. When an employee is archived, they are no longer able to login to their account and can't be assigned to shifts anymore. Historical shift and hours will remain within your account for payroll purposes. Should an employee return, you can easily restore their profile.
Archiving an employee
To archive an employee, open their profile and scroll down to find the archiving option. Click on 'archive user' to archive an employee.
Restoring an employee
To restore an employee:
Open the list of archived employees in the team list
Find the relevant employee and select 'restore'
Decide if they should receive an invitation email (when you don't invite them, they won't be able to access the app until you do invite them).

Do I have to pay for archived employees?
No, you only have to pay for actived employees.
What happens if I restore an employee and do not send them an email invitation?
The employee will be restored and visible in the team list. However, the employee will not be able to login to their account until you send the email invitation.
Can I send the email invitation to an employee after I have restored them?
Yes, you can always invite them later by opening their profile and sending the email invitation.
