How to access your pay and hours summary
If you want to see your pay and completed shifts in the Workfeed app, go to your home screen and tap the pay and hours summary in the bar below your profile picture.
The overview shows your earnings for the current pay period by default. You can also select any date range to view all your past shifts within that period. In addition, you can see how much you’ve earned during that time.
Last but not least, you can also get an overview of your upcoming shifts as well as available shifts you can bid on.
When you tap your earnings, you’ll see a detailed breakdown. Here you can easily see how much comes from your base pay and how much comes from any additional supplements in your total pay for the period.

Is my pay shown before or after tax?
The estimated pay shown in Workfeed is before tax.Where can I see my payslip?
You can’t access your official payslip in Workfeed. You can only see an estimate of your pay based on the wage entered on your profile and the hours you’ve worked in the schedule. If you’re unsure where to find your payslip, please contact your administrator/manager, as it depends on your workplace’s payroll system.
My hours and pay don’t match my payslip. What should I do?
If there’s a discrepancy between your workplace payslip and your hours or pay in Workfeed, make sure you’re looking at the correct pay period. If that’s not the issue, please contact your administrator/manager, who can help identify the problem.I can’t see how much I’ve earned. I only see hours. Why?
If you only see hours and no pay calculation, it’s because your manager hasn’t added a wage to your profile. You’ll need to ask your administrator/manager to add your wage to your profile.
