Define what your team can and cannot see in the Privacy & Permissions settings

Some information may be confidential to one, but crucial to another. It's rarely a one size fits all. That's why we've made sure you can decide what your team can and cannot see with the privacy settings.

Navigating to the privacy settings

You can manage your privacy settings by clicking on "Privacy & Permissions" in the 'Schedule' settings.

You can manage the following settings:

  • Private schedule — with this setting enabled, employees can no longer see each other's shifts.

  • Hide employee salary — with this setting enabled, employees can no longer see their own salary.

  • Enable private shift notes — with this setting enabled, only the employee assigned to a shift will be able to see the shift note.

  • Disable availability wishes — with this setting enabled, employees can no longer share their availability.

  • Hide holiday calendar — with this setting enabled, employees can no longer see each other's availability and holidays.

  • Hide team list — with this setting enabled, employees can no longer access the team list.

  • Hide sensitive details like email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses from employee profiles.
