How to make a chat
If you want to get in touch with one or more colleagues, just go to the top right corner of your home screen and click on the paper plane icon.
Once you've clicked on the chat, you have the following options:
Start a new chat.
Use the team chat with every colleague in it.
Access your old conversations.
Individual chat
You can choose to create an individual chat by clicking on the name of the colleague you want to get in touch with. After that, you can begin to write your message and send it.
Group chat
When creating a group chat, you simply tick off the people you want to include in your group chat. You'll also be able to give the group chat a name of your choice.
You can also create a group chat with people you are working with on a specific day. Right-click in the schedule on the day for which you want to create a group chat. Then select ‘create group chat’ to create the group.
Attach files in the chat
Hit the attachment icon to the left of the text field to send files. You can choose to attach a single file or multiple files at once and decide whether to send it with or without a text message. You can attach various file types, such as pictures, videos, PDFs, and CSV files.

Can I delete a chat message I have sent?
Yes, you can delete a sent message by clicking on the message and then selecting 'delete message'.
Can I see who read my message?
Yes, you can see who has seen your message. Just click the message, and the name(s) will appear, as well as the time stamp for when the message was read.Can I turn off notifications for the chat messages?
At the moment, you can only deactivate all chat notifications. You do this from your homepage, where you can click on 'settings' under your profile picture. From here, you can manage all your notifications.Can I react to messages with emojis?
Yes, you can react to a message with emojis. To add an emoji reaction, do the following:
Via the app: Press and hold a message until the emoji menu appears.
Via computer: Hover over a message and click on the emoji icon.
