Setting up the integration
To set up the integration, simply reach out to our chat support. We will generate an API key and Company ID for you and send them to you.
Then, enter both the API key and Company ID in tillty under 'Integration to Workfeed '.
Activating the integration
Once the integration has been set up in tillty, you need to activate the display of POS data in Workfeed. You can do this by clicking the 👁 icon on the right-hand side of the schedule view. When you click the eye icon, you can activate 'POS data'.
If you have multiple departments, you can match which data is shown where in Workfeed.
You can do this under: Settings > Integrations > tillty > 'Match departments'.
Here, you match your Workfeed departments with the corresponding tillty departments.
Benefits of the integration
When you integrate Workfeed with tillty, sales figures are automatically visualized directly below the schedule. When you click a sales figure, you can dive into insights such as:
Sales comparisons with similar days
Average revenue per guest (also requires a table booking integration)
With this data right at your fingertips, you can create schedules that match the expected revenue while keeping an eye on your labor costs, so you stay within budget.
Tips
Tips are automatically imported from tillty into your tip pool, making it easy to distribute them among the relevant employees.

I don't see any sales figures in Workfeed. Why?
There can be several reasons why sales figures are not shown in Workfeed. Here are some of them:
First, check whether the integration has been activated correctly. You should be able to see if this is the case by going to: Settings > Integrations and looking for the green 'Integrated' label next to the tillty logo.
If the integration has been activated correctly, you should be able to see sales data on days where data is available in your tillty account. Data will only be visible on past days or on the current day if there are transactions that the user has reconciled in tillty.
If you do not see any data but the integration is activated, you can check whether you can see transactions in the connected tillty account. If so, please contact our support team through the chat on our website.
