How to sign your employment contract
If there's a contract ready for signature, you'll see a little notification icon next to your profile picture on your home screen.
Now, you'll see the 'Contracts' field with a pending contract. Just click it to proceed to the signature.
Now, you're able to read through the contract and sign it. Your signature is registered by you confirming to have read the terms of the contract before clicking the blue button.
Now the contract is signed and stored on your profile. At any time you can open your settings to access your signed contract.
FAQ
I haven’t received a contract ready for signature. Why is that?
There can be several reasons for this. For example, not all companies choose to use our contract feature, but if your workplace does, you can ask your boss about the status of your contract.
I had a contract before we started using Workfeed. Can I still get it in the app?
Yes, it’s possible to have a contract from before you started using Workfeed, as your boss can upload already signed contracts to your profile.
