How to start or change your Workfeed subscription

This article explains how you can start or change your Workfeed subscription as an administrator.

Workfeed comes with 4 different Subscriptions: Starter, Basic, Pro, and Pro+. If you would like to compare them, please visit our pricing page.

In case you want to upgrade or change your Workfeed subscription, you can do so at any time. Just follow these steps.

First, you want to open your settings in the top right corner of your screen. Under settings, make sure you select the 'Payment' tab.

Now click the 'Upgrade now' button (even if you want to downgrade your subscription).

You'll now see an overview of our different subscription plans. Here, you can also compare features and pricing, as well as choose whether you'd like to pay monthly or annually. Simply select the plan that best suits your needs and preferences.

  1. What happens after I select a subscription?
    When choosing a subscription, you'll be asked to add your payment info. Once the transaction is complete, your account will be active on the selected plan.

  2. I accidentally chose the wrong subscription. How can I change it?

    If you have any trouble with setting up your subscription, feel free to contact our support team for help.

  3. Can I get a special deal if none of the subscriptions are working for me?
    We'll be happy to listen to your situation if none of our subscriptions are suited for you. Feel free to get in touch with our sales team.

  4. What is my notice period for my subscription?

    You’re only committed for the period you’ve paid for. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing via our chat support or by email at [email protected]. You can read more about our terms and conditions here.

  5. I want to set up my own integration through the open API. How can I do that?

    To access our open API, you'll need a Pro+ subscription and contact our support team to get the information you'll need for the setup. You can read more about it here.
