1. Setting up the integration
To set up the integration, simply contact us through the chat. We'll generate an API Key and Company ID for you.
The API Key and Company ID are then sent directly to Regulars at [email protected], where they'll guide you through the entire setup process, including designing your employee pass to match your brand and the benefits you'd like to offer.
2. What does the integration do?
The Regulars integration allows you to provide your employees with a digital employee pass directly in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
The employee pass can be used for staff discounts, employee benefits, and internal membership programs. Employees can simply present the pass at checkout, creating a smoother and more professional experience while strengthening your company identity.
Automatic creation and updates
The employee pass is kept up to date automatically, eliminating the need for manual administration.
When an employee is created in Workfeed, an employee pass is automatically created and sent to them.
If an employee's information is updated in Workfeed, the pass is updated automatically.
When an employee is archived in Workfeed, the employee pass is automatically removed.
This ensures that your employee list is always up to date and that former employees no longer have access to employee benefits.
3. How is the employee pass used?
Employees receive their employee pass directly on their phone and can easily present it at checkout. This makes employee benefits easier to use while providing a more professional experience.

Do I need to be a Regulars customer?
No. The employee pass is completely free for Workfeed customers to offer to their employees.
Do I need to log in to Regulars to use the employee pass?
No. Once the integration has been activated, employee creation and updates are handled automatically through Workfeed. You don't need to actively use Regulars in your day-to-day operations.
Are employees in Workfeed automatically created in Regulars?
Yes. When an employee is created in Workfeed and has completed their profile, they are automatically created in Regulars.
Can I exclude employees from Regulars?
Yes. You can choose to exclude specific employees if they should not receive an employee pass or have access to employee benefits. They will remain active in Workfeed.
Can we send push notifications to employees through Regulars?
Yes. You can send push notifications directly to your employees, for example about employee benefits, internal news, or other important announcements.
