1. Setting up the integration

To set up the integration, you need to create an API key in TerapeutBooking and send it to us.

  1. Open your TerapeutBooking account and go to "Indstillinger" (Settings). Under "Indstillinger", find and click "API". Here you'll see the option "Opret ny adgangsnøgle" (Create new access key). Click it and name the access key "Workfeed" so it is easy to recognise.

  2. Make sure to tick the boxes next to "Se, opret og slet kalendere" (view, create and delete calendars) and "Se, opret og slet aftaler" (view, create and delete appointments) to give Workfeed the permissions it needs.

  3. When you have created the access key, you'll get a long API key. Copy the key and send it to us at Workfeed, and we'll complete the integration.

2. What does the integration do?

Once the integration is set up, your schedule in Workfeed is automatically synced with your booking calendar in TerapeutBooking. This gives you one connected system where the right appointments are placed at the right times in the calendar, and makes it easier for both you and your employees to keep track of the working week.

You simply create shifts in Workfeed, and they are then automatically created in the TerapeutBooking calendar.
