Stay on top of your team's well-being with employee insights

The employee insights overview can be found in the team list and gives you access to the following information:

You can access the employee insights overview by opening the team list and clicking on 📈 employee insights.

The birthdays tab shows all of your team members' birthdays and the number of days remaining until their next birthday. On top of that, you'll also be able to see the average and median age of your team.

The sickness tab gives you insight into the number of days each employee has been sick over a period of time. You can also see the average number of sick days per employee along with the average duration of sickness.

The handovers tab shows which employees hand over the most shifts to their colleagues. Each time an employee swaps or transfers a shift to a colleague, the counter next to their name increases by one.

The feedback tab gives you insight into your team’s satisfaction. You can activate or deactivate feedback via the setting icon. When the feature is activated, employees are asked to rate each shift on a scale from 1 to 5. They also have the option to add a comment to the shift. The feedback tab shows both the individual ratings and the average score across all shifts.

The retention tab gives you insight into the average tenure of your employees. You can also see how many days each employee has worked for you.
