Discover how to set up integration with Visma Nmbrs in Workfeed.

The integration with Visma Nmbrs allows you to export work hours directly from Workfeed to Visma Nmbrs, with just a click of a button. Only users with admin rights can set up integrations in Workfeed.

Setting up the integration

To enable the integration, go to the settings menu and choose "Integrations". To open the settings, press the "⚙️" icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Then click on "Open payroll integrations''.

Scroll down and look for Nmbrs, and once you find it, click on "Nmbrs''.

Workfeed will now ask if you want to connect Workfeed to Nmbrs, press "Yes, connect" to continue.

You will now be redirected to Nmbrs. Log in to your Nmbrs account and click 'Allow'.

Click on the active integration to match your employees between the two systems. It is possible to ignore certain employees by selecting 'ignore'.

Exporting data to Visma Nmbrs

Once the integration is set up, you can send timekeeping data directly to Nmbrs. Hours worked and allowances are automatically included when exporting.

You can do this from the time tracking page.

Once you have opened the time tracking page, you will see a summary of all shifts and hours worked per employee.

Before exporting, choose which data you want to export. You can filter by department and roles and set a time interval. You can do this at the top left of the page.

Once you've chosen a time period and filtered out roles and departments, you can now click the "Export..." button in the upper right corner of the time tracking view.

Then check that the following conditions are met before clicking "Select payroll system":

  • The pay period has ended

  • All employees are provided with hourly wages

  • There are no changes awaiting approval

You will be redirected to this overview where you can check if the integration is set up properly and all employees are matched. When this is the case you can click 'Proceed to salary export'.

You can now complete the export by clicking 'Export to COMPANY NAME'.

FAQ

Which employees are exported?

Only employees that are matched between Nmbrs and Workfeed and have an hourly wage will be exported.


My employees are not automatically matched, what should I do?

You can try to manually re-match users. Open the settings menu and find the Nmbrs integration in the "integrations" section. Click on the active integration and click "Open user matching".

Why are hours missing for some employees after I perform an export?

In this case, simply try exporting again. Under the Export button, you will see the status of how many shifts have already been exported in this period - For example: (25/32)

I have multiple Nmbrs accounts/environments, can I link Workfeed to multiple accounts?

Yes, you can integrate multiple Nmbrs accounts by going through the installation process again as explained under the heading 'Setting up the integration'. If you have different Nmbrs environments in the same Nmbrs account you can select which one you want to link during setting up the integration.
