The video below, starting at 0:28, shows how to report an incident as a whistleblower. Below you'll find more information.

Reporting an incident

Open the reporting link shared with you by your organization. When you open the link you can either submit a new report or view an existing report.

When you click on 'Create new report', you can summarize your case both in short and in detail. Furthermore, you can select which category best fits your report and add any relevant files. The report is completely anonymous unless you decide to write down your name in the description. Before you click 'Submit', you will be able to see the name of the trustee(s) that will receive the report.

Viewing an existing report

When you have submitted your report, you'll receive a unique case code that allows you to track the progress of your case. Make sure to store this code in a secure place.

You can review the progress of an ongoing report and, if requested, provide more information by opening your organization's reporting link and clicking 'View existing report'. To view your report, paste your unique report code and click 'View case'.
