If you've integrated Workfeed with your POS and/or table booking system(s), Workfeed provides you with valuable data insights - right below the schedule. This article explains what insights you get and where you can find them.
Integrating your systems.
Accessing insights requires an active integration with your POS and/or table booking system(s). You can view and activate integrations in the settings of your Workfeed account within the 'integrations' tab.
When you integrate Workfeed with your POS system you will automatically find 'Sales' below the schedule when the integration is active. The same goes for table booking, however in this case you will see 'Guests' appear. When you click on one of them, your insights will be displayed.
