Checklists make it easy to ensure that all tasks are remembered and completed. Employees can check off tasks as they go, giving everyone a clear overview of what has been done and what still needs to be completed.
At the same time, checklists give employees a clear framework for what they need to remember in order to carry out their tasks well and consistently.
Create your first checklist
Start by creating a template for the checklist you want to use:
Click the checklist icon in the top-right corner.
Click the blue +.
Enter a name for the checklist.
Add the different tasks that need to be completed.
Click Create checklist.
Once the checklist has been created, employees can mark each task as completed.
Create a recurring checklist
If the checklist is used regularly, you can set it up to repeat automatically.
Choose:
Which department the checklist should apply to.
The time interval during which it should be available.
Which day or days the checklist should repeat on.
Finally, use the preview to make sure the checklist is distributed and scheduled as intended.
If a recurring checklist should not apply on a specific day, you can easily skip it. Click the checklist for that day, click the three dots, and then select 'Skip day'.
How is the checklist used in daily work?
Once you have added a checklist, employees can mark each task as completed as they go.
For each item, you can see:
When the task was marked as completed.
Which employee marked it as completed.
This makes it easy to keep track of which tasks have been completed and who completed them.
