We love feedback. It’s one of the most important ways for Workfeed to keep improving – both for you and for everyone else using the system.
How do I give feedback?
You can always send us feedback directly through our support. Big or small thoughts are always welcome, anything from “this click feels odd” to “couldn’t this feature be built in this way?”.
What happens with my feedback?
We always take note of the feedback we receive. After that, we evaluate if and when it makes sense to implement it. That means we can’t guarantee that everything will be built - but we always listen.
How do we prioritize?
We don’t give fixed timelines for feedback. That’s because we want to stay flexible in our priorities and we’re actually pretty good at that. Sometimes we collect feedback over a longer period so we can release a larger update instead of patching things up with quick fixes.
