How to export hours to Excel

Workfeed makes it easy to export all working hours when it's time to pay your employees at the end of the pay period. We offer two different ways to export the hours to Excel. You can either download a file with all shifts or a file with the total amount for each employee. You can export both files in Workfeed's time tracking overview by clicking on export on the top right of your screen.

Exporting an Excel file with all shifts.

To export the file that contains all shifts of the pay period, simply click 'Export' and select 'Save Excel file'. Here you can click on the option 'All shifts' to export the Excel file.

Exporting an Excel file with the total hours per employee.

To export the file that contains the total amounts per employee of the pay period, simply click 'Export' and select 'Save Excel file'. Here you can click on the option 'Total per employee' to export the Excel file.
