Automatically generate and send daily email reports with key data that show how your business is performing on a daily basis

It is now possible to automatically generate and send daily email reports that show how your business is performing on a daily basis based on the following data points:

  • Sales data

  • Booking data

  • Labor costs and working hours

  • Shift Scores

  • Logbook entries

Configuring the email report

You can find the email report settings by clicking on a date in the schedule view, both on desktop and mobile. From this overview, you can click on the blue button in the top-right of the screen to navigate to the email report settings.

From here, you can manage anything related to your email reports like when it should be sent, who should receive it, and which data should be included.

Sending the report

There are two ways to send the report, manually or automatically.

Sending it automatically

You can automatically send the email report to your selected recipients every day. You can choose to send today's report every evening at 9 o'clock (send today's report) or send yesterday's report at 8 o'clock in the morning (send yesterday's report). As soon as you have configured this setting, the report is automatically sent daily at this time.

Sending it manually

Should you not want to send the report automatically you can leave the setting on 'Don't send automatically'. You can still send the report manually if you want by clicking 'Send report once to all recipients' at the bottom of the screen.

Adding Recipients

You can add recipients by writing their email in the open field. Once the recipient is added, you can specify which departments they should receive the reports for. The recipient does not have to be a Workfeed user.

Customizing the report

It is up to you to determine what data should be displayed in the report. You can easily manage this with the blue checkmarks. You can also determine in which language the report should be sent.
